Tell me what you're working on.

Tell me what you're making, where it's at and what you need. A music link and a couple of references are ideal. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a short call and I'll come back with scope, availability and a quote.

Full production is typically scoped around £1,000+ per track, depending on the project and rights.

Questions before we start

What stage does my song need to be at?

Anywhere from an early idea to a developed demo. Clear references are useful, and if you already know the direction, send the strongest mock-up you can so our time goes into improving the record rather than decoding the brief.

What does a project cost?

Most full productions are scoped around £1,000+ per track, depending on the song, recording involved and rights arrangement. Mixing is £250 per track. Recording and larger multi-track projects are quoted separately. Send me what you have and I'll give you a clear scope before we start.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Production and mixing can both be done remotely, with vocals and instruments sent in where needed. In-person sessions are in Leeds, and I also record on location when the room, ensemble or project calls for it.

Can you mix a track you didn't produce?

Yes. Send the consolidated files or stems, a rough mix, references and a clear brief. If I hear something that needs production or arrangement work rather than mixing, I'll flag it before going further.

What kind of music do you work on?

Most of my work sits around pop, R&B and alternative, with dance, Latin-influenced music, funk, disco and hip-hop also in the mix. The references and what the record needs matter more to me than forcing it into a genre template.

How long does a project take?

Most full productions are completed over roughly one to two months, depending on schedules, recording and how developed the track is when we start. Mixing-only work is usually much quicker. We agree the timeline before the project begins.

Do you work on EPs and albums?

Yes. For multi-track projects I normally scope the project as a whole, including the schedule, sonic direction, sessions, deliverables and payment structure. That keeps the record consistent and makes the workload predictable for both sides.

How do rights and splits work?

It depends on the project. Production can be structured with a shared master interest or as a buyout, and songwriting splits are agreed separately where applicable. If a project is intended for sync, publishing or other licensing, we can make sure the rights and deliverables are clear from the start. Everything is agreed before the work begins.
